1. The height of normal building should be 315 cm.


2. DPC thickness should not be less than 2.5 cm.

3. The height of windows should be 120 cm.

4. Parapet wall should be less than 1 Meter.

5. Sanitary pipes, Electrical conduits should not be install in between Beams and Columns.

7. Lintel thickness should be 15 cm.

8. Minimum diameter of chair bar should be 12 mm.

9. Weight of the first class brick should be 3.85 Kg.

   10. PH of water should not be less than 6 for concrete mix.

   11. Main bar of column shall not be less than 12 mm diameter.
